Description
Nationally known concert promoter and venue operator is looking for a dynamic, effective and efficient Bar Manager to supervise the bar and light concessions operations at Lincoln Theatre and The Atlantis.
The successful candidate will have experience in bar management. Must be adept at multiple facets of bar operations, including managing staff and inventory, controlling costs and ensuring total cleanliness.
The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and the F&B Director and works collaboratively with the General Managers and Security Director.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversee bartenders, barbacks, kitchen staff
- Ensure bars are well stocked and clean
- Select and purchase liquor, food and supplies
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Participate in special event planning and execution
- Hire, train, promote, discipline and fire staff, when appropriate
- Master, utilize, maintain and troubleshoot point of sale technology
- Determine Staff Schedules
- Track customer behavior & sales
- Monitor costs
- Maintain inventory
- Appropriately delegate tasks
