What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant - Multi site position at I & MJ Gross Company Inc?
Gross Residential is in search of a leasing professional who has a positive, professional attitude to present and rent apartment homes. Previous leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service experience is desired but will train the right candidate.
This is a multi-site position that will travel to different apartment communities located throughout Northeast Ohio.
Responsibilities :
- Lease apartments to prospective residents by sharing community information
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective residents
- Process rental applications and other current resident requests by adhering to company policies and procedures
- Assist with resident relations
- Generate service requests and communicate information to the maintenance team
- Adheres to a varied work schedule, including weekends
- Performs other duties as assigned
