What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Ashbury Woods Apartments position at I & MJ Gross Company Inc?
We are currently looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician. This position will work on day to day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. We are looking for someone who is a team player and has superior customer service skills.
Full-time maintenance employees who choose to reside at a Gross Residential apartment community where they work are eligible for a 50% discount off the rental rate of a suite and one garage space!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- On-call and weekend rotation
- Excellent communication and people skills in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner
- Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
- Maintain building interior and exterior
- Grounds upkeep
- Appliance installation and troubleshooting
- Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
- Basic HVAC maintenance
