What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Deer Creek Apartments position at I & MJ Gross Company Inc?
Deer Creek Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.
Responsibilities include:
- Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs
- Responds to work orders
- Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
- Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
- Appliance installation & repair
- Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
- Basic HVAC maintenance
- Knowledgeable with hand & power tools
- Maintains safe and clean working environment
- All other duties as assigned
