Job Description:
The Apartment Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and aesthetic appeal of our residential apartment buildings. This position requires an experienced professional who can provide exceptional customer service, work effectively as part of a team, and possess superior communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day preventative maintenance, address maintenance requests, and ensure unit turnover is completed efficiently
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins, ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for occupancy
- Maintain building interior and exterior, including grounds upkeep, appliance installation and troubleshooting, plumbing fixture maintenance, and basic HVAC maintenance
