- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
- Support various administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment or as a personal assistant is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and other office applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Experience in clerical work or as a clerk is a plus
