Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Business by Design Consultant for a 6 to 12-month contract. The role focuses on optimizing our SAP financial management systems to enhance fintech operations. Responsibilities include leading API integrations, system enhancements, and ensuring effective system configurations. The ideal candidate should have a solid SAP background, strong project management skills, and a track record of delivering efficient solutions in fast-paced environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced SAP Business by Design Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in managing and customizing SAP Business by Design, with a strong focus on financial management modules.
• Comprehensive SAP System Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP system configurations, including Account Determination, financial structuring, and automation features.
• Expert Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP implementation and migration projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project specifications.
• Strong Technical and Analytical Abilities: Exceptional technical skills in API integration and SAP system automation, with the capability to analyze and resolve complex integration challenges effectively.
• Superior Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills necessary for negotiating with vendors, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize SAP Business by Design for financial management, including Liquidity Management and Payment Management tools, and employ Mass Uploading tools for efficient data management.
• Direct business configuration and implementation projects within SAP, aligning system setups with organizational goals.
• Manage the Account Determination menu, ensuring accurate configurations of the Chart of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, and Accounting Determination Groups.
• Refine Reconciliation Account Types and streamline overall Account Determination for SAP functionality.
• Develop and maintain SAP Automation using SAP bots, and manage SAP account administration, including software add-ons like Cloud Studio, user management, and license management.
• Lead API integration of banking and processor activities from the Management Console to SAP, ensuring seamless and secure data transfers.
• Review and consolidate automation processes, reducing dependency on multiple vendors by transitioning to a single provider.
• Strategically handle SAP migrations and data alignment for existing companies, addressing issues from previous migrations to enhance system integrity.
• Evaluate and enhance SAP administration tools and ticketing systems to establish solid processes for managing tools and resolving issues, both directly through SAP and via vendor collaboration.
