Senior Process Design Lead – 12-Month Contract (Remote with Monthly Travel to Indiana)
I’m hiring for a Senior Process Design Lead to support a major capital project for a world-renowned pharmaceutical client. This is a 12-month contract requiring one week per month on site in Lebanon, Indiana. The rest of the role is fully remote. A flexible W2-only rate is available, and travel expenses are covered for on-site weeks.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact, front-end design role with a client known for its innovation, global reach, and commitment to large-scale, technically challenging capital builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Process Design Lead and User Representative for a new facility project.
- Drive early-stage technical design, documentation, and scoping.
- Collaborate with external design firms and vendors.
- Represent the client during meetings and reviews.
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in process design for new facility builds or expansions.
Expertise in one of the following:
- GMP Warehouse Design.
- High Potency Material Handling Suites.
