What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership to our project management team, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams

• Lead bid defense meetings and presentations, showcasing our expertise to potential clients

What You Bring to the Table

• A university degree (preferably in life sciences) or relevant certification
• 15 years of experience in the global clinical pharmaceutical industry, with 10 years in project management
• Proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams in a matrix environment
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strategic partnerships
• In-depth understanding of clinical research principles and drug development processes
