Building Management Systems Lead – W2 Contract – RTP, NC
I am recruiting for a Building Management Systems (BMS) Lead to support a large-scale site expansion in RTP, NC. This is a W2 contract running through December 2025.
With BMS systems being implemented across four new buildings, additional support is needed to manage workflows and coordinate activities. The integrators and C&Q teams are in place, this role will focus on workstream coordination and technical leadership, rather than hands-on responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee BMS-related activities as part of the site expansion.
- Act as a technical lead to support engineers and manage workflows.
- Coordinate between stakeholders, ensuring efficient execution of BMS implementations.
- Support utilities and equipment preparation starting in July.
