Role : User Rep – High Potency
Location : Indianapolis, IN (On-site)
Duration : 12-month contract (W2 only)
Experience : ~15 years in GMP manufacturing facility design
About the Role :
As a User Representative, you will act as a key liaison between process engineering teams and facility design / build stakeholders, ensuring the high potency suite and kilo lab are developed to support seamless, compliant, and efficient operations.
This role is ideal for engineers with a strong background in high potency lab environments or small molecule GMP facilities, who have been involved in the design, specification, and construction phases of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the facility aligns with industry best practices for containment, material flow, and operator safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent user needs in facility design and construction discussions.
- Provide input on process flows, equipment selection, and containment strategies.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to align project goals.
- Ensure GMP and high potency containment standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support process engineering efforts to optimize facility design for scalability and efficiency.
