This position is responsible for cleanliness of the facilities and accurate documentation of completed daily logs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse on a daily basis.
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Emptying Trash
- Deep cleaning of rack area
- Maintain logs but not limited to
- Pest control checks
- Eye wash stations
- Fire extinguishers
- Responsible for tracking and notifying management of any damage product found in trash containers.
- Assist repairs on facility as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Experience in the warehouse industry preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move around the warehouse frequently.
- Able to sit, bend, reach and lift for 8 hours per day.
- Endure warehouse environment with noise, dust, odors and diverse extreme temperatures ranging from very warm to very cold.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
