Job Description: We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to drive new business growth and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales, preferably within the IT services industry, with specific experience in selling cyber security and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our IT services, including cyber security and compliance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present, promote, and sell IT services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Min. 5 yrs proven sales experience in IT services, with a focus on cyber security and compliance services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Total Compensation Package: $100,000 - $120,000, including a healthy commission model
