Duties :
Manage packaging artwork updates to implement company name and address change for printed bottle / vial labels, cartons, and leaflets in multiple regions.
This position will work cross functionally with project representatives to review regional Regulatory project smartsheets and Supply Chain resupply schedules to plan artwork updates according to established priorities and packaging timelines.
This position will initiate and own Veeva change controls for commercial artwork updates for existing product / market finished goods packaging readiness including resposibility for associated artwork change actions and Veeva CMC library approved artwork respository document updates.
This position has responsibility to coordinate artwork updates with contract artwork service providers and communication with associated internal stakeholders to ensure artwork approvals following established Standard Operating Procedures.
Skills :
Experience in project management, change control, pharmaceutical artwork, Veeva, Smartsheet, Docusign, Excel, Word, Acrobat required
Supply chain and / or Regulatory experience preferred, but not required
The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C).
