What You Will Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Account Growth: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales and Negotiations: Present and pitch company products or services to clients. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, production, customer support) to deliver solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring customer engagement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report account metrics, including client satisfaction and revenue performance. Prepare and present periodic performance reviews to clients.
  • Market Research and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • License: Must possess an unrestricted and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years’ proven experience as an account executive, sales representative or similar role in the security integration industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of sales and account management principles; excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities simultaneously; proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: ASIS PSP or similar, and OEM certifications are a plus.

LOCATION

i-Tech is based in Clemmons, NC. You may have to drive up to 2 hours to job sites in the surrounding area. Additionally, there may be opportunities to travel out of the region (via car or plane) to support customers and/or contractors across the country; these instances are rare.
