As Director of Sales & Business Development, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and monitor business development strategies that align with our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in executing strategic sales and business development priorities.
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of RMR plans.
- Manage marketing plan and conduct market research.
- Oversee day-to-day sales activity to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of work.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Requirements:
- License: Must possess an unrestricted and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years' experience in business development/sales management.
- Skills: Ability to manage in a dynamic environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
