The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Technology Solutions Consultant/Account Executive to join our team and help drive growth in our Managed IT Services portfolio. In this hybrid role, you’ll combine the flexibility of remote work with in-person networking, meetings, and events to connect with businesses that need cutting-edge IT solutions.
You’ll be on the front lines of selling i-Tech’s managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, Compliance as a Service (CaaS), and IT consulting services, helping businesses solve their most pressing technology challenges. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys problem-solving, and loves being part of a fast-growing, tech-driven industry.
What You’ll Do
- Close New Business: Achieve an average of 5 new Managed IT Services sales per quarter, with an average deal size of $4,000 MRR.
- Drive Lead Generation: Build a consistent pipeline of 20-25 qualified opportunities by prospecting, networking, and conducting discovery meetings.
- Deliver Value: Conduct 2-3 network and cybersecurity assessments per week to identify client needs and position i-Tech’s solutions.
- Networking & Events: Attend 4 networking events, conferences, or tradeshows per month to connect with decision-makers and generate leads.
- Client Relationships: Be a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and creating tailored IT solutions that drive success.
- Collaborate & Succeed: Work closely with marketing, technical teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.
- Stay Organized: Keep the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) updated with all activities, interactions, and opportunities to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Experience: 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, MSP, or cybersecurity.
- Communication: Stellar interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in a way that makes sense to clients.
- Self-motivation: A driven, proactive attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to partner across teams to deliver results.
- Flexibility: Willingness to attend in-person meetings, events, and tradeshows across Central Florida, Tampa, and South Florida.
