About the Role:
- This position involves overseeing the full lifecycle of all booked IT projects, ensuring smooth handoffs into workflows, tracking product deliveries, and aligning with project timelines.
- You will coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders, maintain schedules, manage task assignments, and ensure the use of approved project methodology.
- This role also involves conducting regular syncs with PEs (Project Engineers), monitoring time entry, budgets, and project statuses, leading project status meetings and documentation, and addressing any off-track project issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of all booked IT projects, including project intake, handoffs, and scheduling.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records, track KPIs, and report project progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
