Role Description:
1 Room Collaboration Services: Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of video conferencing rooms. Performing daily and weekly VC rooms checks.Providing support on day to day operations issues on VC Rooms.Handling VC Refresh project to replace legacy hardware VC rooms with new standards.2 Teams Enterprise Voice: Coordinate with offshore team to implement and provide support on Teams EV project. 3 IP Phones: Responsible for Onsite support for handling IP phones deployments, removal and to maintain inventory.4 ECDN: Coordinate with offshore team to install and provide support on digital signage boxes.5 Live Streaming: Monitor and provide support during townhall livestreams. Coordinate with offshore team to implement and provide day to day operational issues.
