1-Review of current Coupa configuration and documentation of impacted scope stemming from implementation of a new Chart of Accounts Structure.2-Configure new requisition approval structure based on the updated COA mapping 3-Coupa configuration and build of new Chart of Accounts, including 21 Legal Entities, Financial Approval Chains, Sourcing Approval Chains, and any other impacted configuration. Completion of these activities should be in alignment to support the Project Schedule provided below.4-Provide weekly status report and vendor project / leadership to team attend status meeting with Wabtec. 5-Completion of configuration work in both Coupa Test environment as well as promotion of changes to Coupa Production environment.6-Perform loading of updates to user data, account code values, and descriptions in production and subset in testing environment as required (no significant work expected in for supplier data)7-Evaluate and validate impact to CoupaPay; make any necessary configuration updates8-Configure Coupa APIs as required, (including noted areas: API Filters, Call Outs, Process Automator, Rest API, Requisition, PO Integration, Invoice Call, Invoice Integration, and Split Billing)
