Position Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator who specializes in video production, photography, and editing. This role requires a deep understanding of content creation across various social platforms and a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and other editing software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging visuals that align with our brand’s mission and drive audience engagement.Key Responsibilities :
- Video Production : Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring they are visually compelling and on-brand.
- Photography : Capture high-quality photos for use in social media posts, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Content Editing : Edit video and photo assets using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects (or similar software) to produce polished, professional-grade content.
- Content Strategy : Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
- Social Media Optimization : Format and optimize content for each platform, ensuring the best performance and user experience.
- Trend Spotting : Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Organization : Maintain a digital asset library and organize content to streamline production workflows.Qualifications :
- Proven experience in video production, photography, and editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) or similar software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and their specific content requirements.
- Exceptional eye for composition, lighting, and detail in both video and photography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong storytelling skills to create impactful, engaging content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Schedule : 2 days (Tuesday / Wednesday) in office, 3 days remote. Will include some weekend work and traveling.
