IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a QA Analyst focused on UI and Front End applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and education with an ability to work closely with our product managers and engineers to develop and execute test strategies for a variety of exciting new features.This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Ensure quality on our front-end web applications with a strong focus on UI testingReview business requirements and develop test plans, test cases, test estimations, and test execution reportsPerform functionality, regression, integration, UI, smoke, exploratory, stress and performance testingManage all communications related to QA status on a daily basis and report potential risks during all stages of development lifecycleWork closely with development and product teams to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing processAnalyze test results and facilitate resolution of issuesIterate on existing testing processes and standards to improve efficiency and accuracyWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong design skills and experience in web design, UI, and UXAbility to work both independently and on a wide variety of teamsPassion for making bulletproof applications and improving education through technologySelf-motivated, detail oriented, proactive and collaborativeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsABOUT IXL LEARNING IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
