About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Securities Sales Specialist. This is an ED level FX Salesperson to cover global hedge fund clients. In this role, you will: Provide daily coverage to Foreign Exchange clients with a particular focus on Hedge Funds. Identify, acquire, and grow new relationships within the target market. Possess working knowledge of a wide variety of FX instruments including Spot, Forward and Swaps, EM / NDFs, and FX Options. Work to design and implement client coverage strategies in collaboration with FX Trading and coverage partners such as FIG and GICG develop concrete client specific plans to increase market share and flow, disseminate the firm’s intellectual content in an accurate and timely fashion, and assist in building connectivity between FX trading / leadership team and key decision makers at the aforementioned clients Work with internal partners including compliance, legal, and documentation to ensure our approach adapts to the ever-changing market structure and regulatory landscape Required Qualifications: Experience in Securities Sales, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Ideally hold a mathematical or financial degree Desired Qualifications: Extensive and direct coverage experience of one or more client verticals including Official Institutions, Banks, Insurance, Asset Managers, and HFs Outstanding knowledge of FX products and applications in the context of the above clients Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact with all levels of an organization Strong written and verbal communication skills, a desire and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners Job Expectations: This position is deemed to be a Certified Person function under the FCA and PRA Certification Regime.
