Lead Cyber Security Architect

Cyber Systems Engineering Group, Defense and Space Electronics
Join the Cyber Systems Engineering Group within the Defense and Space Electronics organization. As a Lead Cyber Security Architect, you'll work with a team to analyze electronics products and design concepts, focusing on reducing cyber attack risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and qualify products while applying engineering principles to prevent cyber exploitation.
- Lead cyber security efforts for the Ground Proximity Warning (EGPW) product line and become a subject matter expert within the Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance Center of Excellence (CNS COE).
- Partner with the CTO office, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical solutions to meet program milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer, Cyber Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- 7 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Software Development, or embedded FPGA/ASIC.
- Familiarity with DO 326A & DO 326B, secure software lifecycle development, and DoD security standards.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with cyber software analysis or system security engineering in defense or aerospace.
- Knowledge of C or C and embedded system security.
- Test and integration experience.
- Strong communication, proposal development, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
