Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the logistics operations within the distribution center to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in the supply chain and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Analyze pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- Provide mechanical knowledge support for equipment used in logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field, preferably within a distribution center environment.
- Strong understanding of 3PL operations and best practices in supply chain management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory control methods and stock management practices.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus to assist with equipment-related inquiries.
