What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wood Worker / Shop Help position at i2i Design?
Seeking a part-time, regular day shift production woodworker.
Job responsibilities include:
- Measuring, cutting and glueing boards
- Assembling tabletops
- Sanding and prepping for finish department
- Construction of other millwork items dependent upon ability
- Packing products for shipping
Candidates should have these qualifications:
- Experience with woodworking tools - saws, drills, routers, jointers, etc.
- Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, and diagram form
- Quality, accuracy, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to details!
- Ability to lift heavy items with assistance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
