As a Lead Software Engineer at STREAMETRIC, you drive the development and operation of our IoT platform technology stack to ensure a great experience for our customers. STREAMETRICs mission is to empower water and wastewater utilities for a smart tomorrow. Our products help them to avoid critical issues and make for operating and maintaining the infrastructure for the people.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design, develop, and test robust and scalable software solutions for our IoT / SCADA platform to positively impact our customers.
- Lead the technical excellence of the system and create plans to mitigate outages.
- Ensure monitoring and support to ensure minimum downtime, security, and cost efficiency 24 / 7.
- Design, develop, and test interfaces of our platform with devices and other services or platforms. Integrate data-driven and analytics features.
- Mentor and coach others to accelerate their career-growth, expand their skillset and encourages them to participate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and QA. Coordinate work of external development partner.
- Adjust the team processes, listening to feedback and guiding the team through the changes. Define best practices and standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in SCADA, IoT and cloud computing. Expand your skillset to technologies that we need to expand our product in the future.
