Summary
As a Grounds Maintenance Worker at i2M, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role is essential to our commitment to excellence and supports our mission of delivering flawless results for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain the appearance of grounds.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Assist in the installation of new landscaping features as needed.
- Maintain equipment used for grounds maintenance in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping roles.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape management practices.
- Familiarity with operating hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
