OPTION FOR PERFORMANCE PAY RAISE AFTER 60 DAYS
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Finished product and in-process product analysis
- Conduct quality checks on plastic materials and printed products throughout the production process.
- Ensure that all products meet client specifications, company quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine inspections of printed materials, checking for defects such as color mismatches, misprints, and material inconsistencies.
- Document and report any quality issues, defects, or non-compliance to the production team.
- Work closely with machine operators and production teams to identify and correct any quality issues promptly.

- Decisive and organized, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to multi-task, self-motivated, exceptional teammate, inspires team by setting high personal standards, thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
i2M operates 7-days per week 24 hours a day. We rely on local talent and promote from within. Technicians may work any day of the week, including weekends. Shifts are 12 hours per day 7 PM -7 AM. Technicians have the ability to work overtime. Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to change work schedule.
