Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting our products at various stages of the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying defects and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supplier Review: Assess supplier documentation, certificates of conformity, and material certifications for compliance.
- Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products using measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Documentation: Record inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
- Non-Conformance: Ensure non-conforming materials are properly tagged, segregated, and documented for further action.
- Issue Resolution: Identify defects or non-conformance issues and communicate findings to relevant teams.
- Collaboration: Work with production to resolve quality-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis and provide feedback on inspection processes.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in quality assurance is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field, preferably in manufacturing.
