- 8 years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
- 8 years of developing functional requirements for development projects.
- 8 years of developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
- 8 years of creating, updating and maintaining systems documentation.
- 8 years of creating training plans and materials.
- 5 years implemented Agile development processes including test driven development.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar requirements and test case tracking application.
- Experience working with HIPAA Data.

Interview Process : Candidates submitted must be willing to come onsite (Lansing, MI) for interviews. Manager may request virtual and / or onsite interviews. Interviews will likely be requested for the week of 1 / 6 / 25.
On-site : Hybrid position - Onsite 2 days per week - REQUIRED. CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO MID-MICHIGAN. Hiring manager is not currently interested in candidates who will need to relocate to accept offer. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
Duration : 1 year with possible extension.
The position is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and support for Women Infant and Children (WIC), Kindergarten Oral Health Assessment (KOHA), Early Hearing and Detection and Intervention (EHDI), and other MDHHS applications supported within our department. These applications are part of the Bureau of Public Health program area. The resource is integral to supporting and improving MDHHS automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, SEM / SUITE compliance, and securing the applications. As a lead, the resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects. The resource also provides applicaition oversight to business analysts in the team that support other applications in the Public Health Area. Not having a resource on staff will delay ongoing and future project work within the Public Health area and lead to DTMB inability to deliver on priotized enhancements and maintenance from our partners in MDHHS.
