Support Center Technician/Dispatcher Level 1-2
I3 Business Solutions is looking for an experienced IT technician/dispatcher to join our team! This person will join up with the i3 service team to provide support center assistance, support center dispatch/ticket triage, and occasional onsite IT support for technology issues. An i3 technician needs to have technical ability and comfortable interfacing with our clients. Our dispatcher acts as the primary point of contact for incoming IT service requests, responsible for logging issues, prioritizing them, assigning tickets to the appropriate technical support team, and communicating updates to clients regarding the status of their requests, all while ensuring efficient allocation of IT resources; requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and basic technical knowledge to effectively manage the flow of support tickets.
I3 is a Managed Services Provider providing technology solutions to small businesses across Michigan. This role is primarily customer-facing, providing an experienced information technology engineer or “Network Administrator” type for multiple client environments. The role will be onsite to multiple clients, while also providing change management guidance to our support center team and some technology consulting.
Location:
i3 Business Solutions is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan - we are looking for a technician to perform the work at our offices in downtown Grand Rapids.

This job is part-time to full-time (depending on candidate) hourly and, given proven skills and ability, salary with full-time future career path options are expected. The pay scale is based on your level of experience. The more of the above abilities you possess, the higher your value to our clients, our team, and i3.
