- Experience in developing solutions and contributing to design, testing, and process concepts.
- Proficiency in constructing prototypes and coordinating prototyping efforts with minimal guidance.
- Strong technical knowledge in innovating, designing, and developing processes, procedures, tooling, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with procuring and qualifying new or modified equipment (e.g., laser equipment).
- Ability to prepare clear and detailed technical reports / documentation to communicate results effectively.
