Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative to lead our sales initiatives across the Texas region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the hemp or related industries, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
· Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
· Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hemp or cannabis industry.
· Strong understanding of hemp products, regulations, and market dynamics.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
