Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger records
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Process & monitor customer invoices and payments
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial closing
- Acts as the first point of contact welcoming on-site clients, vendors & guests
- Office and customer service responsibilities that help keep us running smoothly include stocking & ordering supplies, organizing an occasional business lunch, phone calls, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or NetSuite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
More Than Just a Job
