Responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end user experience design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project goals, user requirements, and design constraints.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gain insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to improve the user experience.
  • Effectively present and communicate design concepts, strategies, and rationale to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and share knowledge with the team.


Qualifications


  • 6 years of professional experience in user experience design, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • You are a confident public speaker with dynamic presentation skills and the ability to connect with people during sales and internal meetings.
  • A portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX design, demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to apply them to inform design decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to take ownership of your work, drive projects forward, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
