SUMMARY OF POSITION:
i3POS a wholly-owned subsidiary of i3 verticals Inc. and a leading provider of restaurant hospitality software solutions for the full service, quick service, bar/night club, and resort market places with offices located in Orlando, Florida.
Seeking a candidate that possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, fluency in coding, good communication skills, and most of all enthusiasm for tackling the complex problems of scale to solve for unique and emerging business problems. You will be a contributor in developing new feature sets for our initiatives and assist in troubleshooting and enhancing existing products. Expect rapid, iterative development with an evolving market while having fun in the process. We are constantly expanding our technology portfolio including desktop, web, and mobile development providing a wide range of growth and knowledge opportunities. Majority of time will be spent in our Orlando office, however occasional 2-3 day trips to assist our partners around the country may be required. Must have development skills with C or .Net and years of experience working on large and complex projects. Previous restaurant and POS experience desired but not required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and maintain a variety of systems
- Research and respond to support incidents from our helpdesk
- Maintain good relationships with customers, liaising with other employees during the incident process to ensure that they are kept informed of progress and relieve any stress or concern caused by support issues
- Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your line manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Fluent in English, written and oral
- Proven record of previous similar employments
- Ability to turn work around quickly whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Enthusiastic - genuinely wanting to deliver a first-class service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Articulate and methodical in approach
- Ability to develop specific customer knowledge over time
- Eager to write creative, cutting-edge web, desktop, and mobile applications
- Strong skills with the .NET framework
