JOB TITLE: Enterprise Services Manager
DEPARTMENT: Enterprise Solutions
REPORTS TO: Enterprise Services Director
JOB LOCATION: Remote - U.S based
TRAVEL: Up to 20%
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for providing leadership and accountability for the respective Professional Services practice to ensure successful delivery of all Professional Service engagements. This Position supports executing the strategic vision of the Enterprise Solutions Department to ensure performance standards and project deliverables are aligned with the overall company vision, plan, and core values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership to ensure team has the proper resources, training, technology, and time and attention to be effective in performing their role within the organization.
- Manage team by effectively communicating job expectations, conducting regular one on one meetings, appraising job results and rewarding and recognizing best performers.
- Maintain billable allocation (specified by your Director) for project work within your team.
- Act as first level internal and external project and customer escalations within your team.
- Maintain team staff levels by assisting with recruiting, screening and selecting candidates to fill vacancies as needed.
- Achieve and maintain team specific goals and measurables as defined by Leadership.
- Review and approve timesheets.
- Act as a mentor for future managers and/or new employees in individual contributor roles.
- Create and lead training sessions on department related content.
- Support ad-hoc RFP and SOW reviews, as delegated by your Director.
- Participate in governance meetings.
- Review and manage team budgets.
- Provide input on hiring/disciplinary actions for team members.
- Complete performance evaluations for team members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- 5 years of experience working in a management role within Professional Services.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- Bachelor’s degree related to IT or Business.
