JOB LOCATION: Fort Wayne, IN
TRAVEL: 0%
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage registration orders daily
- Print, verify and mail registrations
- Add proper registration stock to printers
- Change registration printer ribbons
- Reprint registrations as needed
- Feed Inserter equipment with envelopes and registrations
- Provide Inserter maintenance
- Retrieving sealed envelopes from inserter and placing in appropriate mail trays
- Verification via File Based process (Inserter Application)
- Placing identified household items on the household cart (via household ID)
- Maintain communication with home office in TN
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Previous mailroom/shipping experience
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person) and positive attitude
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to stand sit, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available 7AM - 4PM Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend hours as needed.
