ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Collaboration & Solution Design :
- Partner with business units to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Propose and design scalable architectures that align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
Configuration & Customization :
Implement complex business logic using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Validation Rules.Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and security settings to meet specific business needs.Custom Development :
Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionality.Create and maintain APIs for seamless integration with external systems and third-party applications.Data Management & Integration :
Design and implement data models that support business processes and reporting requirements.Develop data migration strategies and execute complex data loads using tools like Data Loader and ETL platforms.Performance Optimization & Maintenance :
Monitor system performance and optimize configurations and code for efficiency and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in both sandbox and production environments.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing :
Create comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all implemented solutions.Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and promote best practices in Salesforce development and configuration.QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience :
5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions in B2B vertical software companies.Extensive experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Salesforce Shield for enhanced security and compliance.Experience integrating and customizing Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) with Salesforce.Skills :
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and security settings.Expert-level knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration tools, and integration patterns.Proficiency in configurating and customizing Sales Cloud features such as Lightning Console, Einstein Analytics, and CPQ.Expertise in Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, and Customer Reports and Dashboards.Familiarity with Field Service, including mobile app configuration, scheduling optimization, and inventory management.Knowledge of Salesforce Shield components : Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trails.Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement features, including lead management, email marketing, and Salesforce integration.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address unique business challenges.Ability to manage multiple project and priorities in a fast-paced environment.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT :
