i360 Property Mangement is looking for a Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication and customer service skills and experience. The ideal candidate would be bilingual (Spanish), with excellent computer skills. This position will communicate with clients in person, over the phone and through various written forms of communication. This position is also responsible for the proper handling of money, assisting clients with a variety of questions and needs, and providing support for team members as well. This position requires a strong work ethic with the desire to work in a fast-paced professional environment, with the ability to multitask. Therefore, reliability and timeliness are essential.
