Do you want to provide compassionate care that makes a real impact?

We‘re seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Hospice & Palliative Care team. You‘ll play a vital role in supporting terminally ill patients and their families during a difficult time.

Schedule is Sunday through Thursday / 3pm to 11 : 30pm

What you‘ll do :

  • Provide hands-on care to patients at the McClure Miller Respite House or in their homes, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Build trusting relationships based on empathy, understanding, and respect for each patient‘s unique needs and preferences.
  • Educate and support families, offering guidance and comfort.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care.

    Qualifications :

  • Vermont Nursing Assistant license.

  • Experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
