Responsibilities
Responsible for the provision of and documentation of patient care.
Participates in the clinical evaluation and formulation of treatment plans and goals.
Provides and documents occupational therapy treatment to patients.
Supervises assigned staff.
Interacts and practices in collaboration with other professionals.
Must comply with the Texas Occupational Therapy Practice Acts and Rules.
Qualifications
Job Requirements :
COTA licensed in the state of Texas
CPR certified from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Computer usage required EMR EPIC documentation
Ability to supervise, delegate and communicate with multiple team members
Preferred Job Requirements :
COTA experience in an acute care hospital and / or rehabilitation facility
