WearecurrentlyinneedofanEmergencyRoom(ER)Nursewhoiscurrentlylicensedandreadytotake

onthechallengeofourfast - pacedemergencyroom.Ouridealcandidateisahighly -skilled,

Inthisrole,youareexpectedtodeliverexceptionalcareforourpatientsintheemergencydepartment

ofourever- growinghospital.Youwillbeworkingalongsideourteamofdedicatedandpassionate

Responsibilities :

Responsibleformaintainingcarestandardsintheemergencyroom.

Abletoassesspatientsquickly,prioritize,andassistinminorprocedures.

Managethepatientcheck - inprocess,theperformanceoftriageworkfordoctors,andassisting

withinitialinsurancepaperwork.

Communicatewithdoctorsandpatientstokeepeveryoneupdatedontestresultsandtreatment

recommendations.

CollaboratewithlaboratorypersonnelandreportlabfindingsbacktoERdoctors.

Assistinthecareoftraumas,cardiacarrests,strokes,sexualassaults,andconscioussedation.

Demonstratesounddecision - makinginemergencysituationsbasedontheconditionsof

patientssuchasvitalsigns,patientpresentations,andassessments.

ProvideRNcareforallERpatients,aswellashandlingofintubations,defibrillations,auto

transfusions,Medlockinsertions,splinting,andmore.

Requirements :

• 1 year of Acute Care ER experience Required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (Theyll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.
• If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, theyll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License)
