Job Description :
Are you a compassionate and experienced Administrator with a strong background in hospice care? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospice Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and operations of our hospice program, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Management : Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hospice program, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and quality standards. Develop and implement effective operational processes and protocols.
- Staff Supervision : Recruit, train, and supervise a team of skilled healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and support staff. Foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth and development.
- Patient Care Coordination : Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Ensure the delivery of comprehensive, compassionate, and holistic care to patients throughout their hospice journey.
- Compliance and Documentation : Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
- Family and Community Support : Offer guidance and emotional support to patients' families, providing education and resources to help them navigate the hospice process.
