Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Inspire and hold your pharmacy team accountable, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Department Oversight : Manage operations, improve processes, and ensure efficient scheduling and performance.
- Direct Patient Care : Provide expert pharmaceutical care while maintaining high standards in clinical pharmacy practices, including antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and drug therapy management.
- Regulatory Compliance : Educate staff on medication management and ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Budget Management : Collaborate with the Controller to manage departmental budgets for staffing, medications, and supplies.
