Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Veterinary Clinical Director to lead our veterinary team and ensure the delivery of top-notch medical care to our patients. The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of the practice, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and guidance to the veterinary team, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement protocols and procedures to maintain the highest standards of veterinary medicine and client service.
• Monitor and optimize clinic performance, including financial performance, client satisfaction, and staff productivity.
• Recruit, train, and mentor veterinary staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic initiatives and achieve business goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among staff members.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards of veterinary practice.
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
