Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Information System Manager to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of our Human Resources Information System. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to HR and IT teams, ensuring the system meets the needs of our organization and enables efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and user satisfaction.
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of the HRIS, collaborating with IT and external vendors.
- Partner with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions that enhance workflows and reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals and system procedures.
- Design and deliver training programs for HRIS users to ensure effective system utilization.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
