Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the adolescent psychiatric nursing team.
- Collaborate with medical providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and manage staff schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in State of practice.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required.
- Expertise in adolescent mental health and behavioral health care.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
