About the Role
We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team and play a critical role in shaping user-centered solutions. As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs) and Engineers to identify the right problems to solve, evaluate solution options, and measure the usability of delivered products. You'll apply a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user insights that directly inform product strategy and design decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Work with PMs and Engineers to define research questions that inform product decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and execute research studies, including 1 : 1 interviews, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiries, card sorting, and usability studies.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights, presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assess potential solutions through usability testing and other evaluative research methods, providing feedback to improve user experience.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to ensure research insights are integrated into product development processes.
- Track user experience metrics post-launch and recommend iterative improvements based on data and feedback.
- Document research processes, findings, and insights in accessible formats to inform future product iterations.
- Champion user needs and perspectives throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that solutions align with user expectations and behaviors.
